I just had major surgery. There were three phases that I had to get ready for. The prep of my body and mindset going into this procedure. The process, the actual surgery and the long hours to get this done. And finally, the recovery which is an ongoing journey.

Is your business just getting started? 0-3 years
Here’s a few things I’d recommend reflecting on…
- Secure your business name and address IP ? Do they match?
- Is your business registered within your state?
- Have you defined your clientele?
- Is your business local or regional?
Maybe you’re a little further along wondering how to get more momentum..
How can I jumpstart my existing business? 4-10 years
- Where are you stuck?
- Mission statement? Business plan? Systems to grow?
- How are you currently finding your clientele?
^^ This phase has a lot to do with your marketing strategy.
What’s next for a well established business? 10+ years
- What does your next level look like? Retire, sell, work less?
- How are you staying motivated and current with the industry today?
- Do you have a team? If so, who makes up your team? Not necessarily employees, people you work with on a regular basis
- How do you want your business to operate in 3-5 years?
